2012 Contract Negotiations
It’s that time again. The Gas Workers’ Council is gearing up for Bargaining with your employer, Union Gas, at the end of this year.
To get ready for bargaining we need your participation. On this web page you will find a link to the 2012 Proposal form. Please take time to download and print some forms. Talk amongst your coworkers and decide what issues need to be addressed in your workplace. Fill out as many proposal forms as you and your work group feels is needed. When you have finished please hand in your form to your Local Union President or their designate. Proposal forms will be processed by your local union representatives at the upcoming Gas Council meetings and submitted to the company for discussion at Bargaining.
Participating in this exercise may be one of your most important responsibilities as a unionized worker. Please take a moment is your busy schedule to participate. Thank-you.
