  This links you to the CEP National Web site. An excellent in-depth site, with information on all aspects of our union activity, and up-to-date news on a national and regional level. Included at this site are links to other CEP locals across Canada.
• Duke Energy
  Union Gas controlling interest.
• Duke Energy Employees
  Duke Energy is a US company, and holds the controlling interest in Union Gas. This specific site (operated by the US employees of Duke Energy) naturally refers to US law when discussing working conditions, whether State or Federal law. However, much of the information is pertinent, and will give you a "feel" for the observed behavior of the owner of Union Gas.

  A wealth of information on labour statistics. Companies fined for poor labour practices.
• Human Resources Canada
  Submitted by: This government site covers all the different federal labour acts and codes.
• Ontario Federation of Labour
  This Federation speaks for 650,000 organized Ontario workers and provides its affiliated labour councils and local unions with a variety of services.
• Ontario Human Rights Commission
  The Ontario Human Rights Commission was established in 1961 to administer the Human Rights Code. There are sixteen grounds of discrimination under the Code. Check out this site for any and all information you may want.
• Technical Standards and Safety Authority
  The TSSA is an independent, not-for-profit organization responsible for the delivery of a range of safety services. They include the administration of Ontario's Technical Standards & Safety Act, 2000 within various industry sectors and the delivery of safety programs to the public
