Union Gas controlling interest.
Duke Energy is a US company, and holds the controlling interest in Union Gas. This specific site (operated by the US employees of Duke Energy) naturally refers to US law when discussing working conditions, whether State or Federal law. However, much of the information is pertinent, and will give you a "feel" for the observed behavior of the owner of Union Gas.
