Glen Stover officially joined the ranks of the retirees in September, ending a career with the gas company spanning 37 years. After very nearly negotiating his own early retirement package last year, Glen instead embraced the opportunity to expand his skill base, and became a USR – Extraordinaire, during his final year with the company.

An active member of the Union since 1972, Glen held the position of Unit Chair at Riverview for over 30 years, and leadership positions on our Negotiating Committee, and Gas Council.

Rumour has it Glen accepted a part time position at the Arthur Murray School of Dance, which may or may not come as a surprise to his family and friends.

We wish Glen well in his retirement, and will miss his involvement and personal commitment to his fellow workers and union members.
