Carol Demmery, a 31 year employee, started her career at Union Gas in Simcoe before coming to Waterloo where her most recent position was as a Utility Services Clerk.

In order to save a job for one of our redundant meter reading clerks, Carol opted to accept a voluntary severance package leading her into early retirement. Her ‘boys’ in the Brantford and Simcoe branches will miss her as will her many friends and co-workers company wide!

We’re sure that eventually the gigantic smile on her face will relax enough for her to enjoy a beer or two in sunny Florida . . .
